  1. 1. Should Cops Be Able To Take LEGAL Items From Civilian Brief Cases?

    • Yes, Cops Should Be Allowed To Take Legal Items (Red Gull, Epis, Dope Shots) From Brief Cases
    • No, Those Fat Pigs Should Not Be Able To Take Our Legal Items
    • Yes, But Cops Drop Their Item (NOT POLICE EQUIPMENT LIKE SPIKE STRIPES N SHIT)

It would be way too hard to enforce. APD has to open brief cases in order to seize illegal items like lockpicks or drugs. Its hard enough to line up your squad of Po's and deputies for an honorary Cup check and SDAR pat-down. There would be no way to prove their Y inventories without administrative help, log searching, or Dev work to prove the cop took the EpiPen off your body instead of buying it from the shop as normal.

Thats why the poll is about legal items. If the idea was added they would only be able to see and sieze illegal items from brief cases

been there done that.

Really though they shouldn't be able to pick up anything mid combat because, once a cop takes something its gone and mid combat makes it combat seize.
