More RP'd feds??

Feds are always the same, cops come say "apd" and everyone starts shooting, it would be better if it was more RP'd like get hostages and tell cops to not shoot or hostages will die or something like that

What would be cool, is the first wave the highest rank HAS TO come and negotiate. For example:

 

You will be given a free way out, no APD will chase nor shoot you. In addition, we will be giving you an MXM with 5 magazines. You have to leave the FED, though!

 

Argue it out, try to find a way without violence :3

I did this before wipe. We basically took a medic hostage and made them negotiate for his safety. At the same time we moved the gold to a new location.

There are a few downsides to this particular scenario. Number one being damn near free gold for rebels and a close second being the negotiator going to fed to try and negotiate for hostage safe release while the timers going and every other cop has to sit at HQ since they have no choice but to respond to the fed.  Fun for the rebels cause they get free gold fun for the negotiator cause they RP it, not fun for every other cop who has to wait for the inevitable NEGOTIATIONS HAVE FAILED PIT EVERYTHING signal.

Yeah see when people take hostages for feds I just go in and say "Okay, release the hostage and you get free passage if you leave the fed, OR name your price and be reasonable as well as quick because APD are movin in here to assault in 60 seconds if this isn't resolved."
