I want advice from players living in Europe, is there a specific program that has been used and confirmed to work in improving ping? Because I suffer from this thing in the server, as I look like an idiot most of the time, there is lag and delay in receiving commands.

The only way to effectively improve your ping (unless you're straight up using faulty or outdated network equipment, or there's some other issue along the line to wherever you're connecting to), is to move closer to where you're connecting to <_<

No program is going to improve your ping.. 2 options:

1. Better/faster connection

2. Move closer to server

ping is simply the response time between a and b. Adding a program won’t improve that..

Usually, in these situations, people are thinking VPN... 

 

In order for a VPN to improve your ping, there needs to be a pretty major bottleneck between you and the server that isn't you, your ISP, or the server, AND the VPN has to have a way around that bottleneck which isn't guaranteed, AND the bottleneck has to be major enough that adding an extra hop to the VPN to get on a different path to the server is worth it, AND the new path has to be sufficiently fast, AND the added overhead of VPN encryption has to not cause problems.

A VPN can improve Ping in very very limited situations, like 1 in 1000 situations, and the only way to know if it will really work is to try it.

You will also need a VPN whitelist for our server, and because you will start showing up to the server as the VPN IP instead of your IP, you have to hope no one has ever or will ever be banned using that VPN IP, or else you get caught in the ban.

 

TLDR: Unless your Ping is like super bad, no way to make it better. but theoretically, a VPN in limited situations can help a little.

The people saying you cant improve your ping aren't quite right; However it entirely depends on where you live.

There are programs like ExitLag that forces your connection through their servers instead of going on arbitrary paths.

Essentially you connect to an endpoint server by jumping between nodes/servers. ExitLag or similar programs are sometimes able to reduce the amount of jumps and nodes between yourself and the server.

Unfortunately you need to buy the aforementioned program, however I believe there is a week trial if you're wanting to give it a shot. (Keep in mind I've not used it myself, but I hear good things about it from people in rural places or when suffering from packet loss)
