So let me get this straight.  For 4 years steady I've been calling it out that the Community Manager's best friend Monster has been blatantly cheating.  Hordes of retarded staff members came out of the woodwork to tell me all the shit I saw was fake, and I didn't know what I was talking about.  Staff members put their reputation on the line to swear this MF wasn't cheating.   I stayed steady telling you he does, and only a retard wouldn't think he does.  

Now this mf has gotten away with it so long he got bored, and all his homies I told you were also cheating, dropped a whole ass video of them cheating and making fun of all the retarded staff members who said he wasn't.  

So does OS legitimately not know what the fuck they're doing, or did they know they were cheating the whole time and let them get away with it on purpose because Monster is friends with Mako?

Monster wasn't cheating the whole time he played, he was good because he has TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND hours. However he did dodge a ban a few years back.

Lots of people cheat without telling people so they don't risk getting ratted. If you ever spoke or played with that group you'd know they are some of the most mentally ill sociopaths to grace the server. I have no doubt they lied to all members of staff in their gang.

They literally ripped on me consistently for even suggesting he would do something like that.  Dude has profiles on cheat sites that were exposed.  Dude consistently made impossible shots.  They knew.  They knew, or they're even dumber than anyone suspected, or they were too afraid of ... Mako.  Imagine.

No ones afraid of mako... Most staff are just dumb especially when it comes to cheating.

APD wouldn't have a clue they're just used to being shit on, that's why in that montage they didn't dare fight any civs because they know they would have been caught out.

Trust me little Nathan has cheated in the past but was not cheating the whole time.

Look at his conquest and war stats. 

Slightly above average for the amount of hours played but certainly not cheating.

The one thing that nobody has ever really bothered to understand about me and my playstyle is that it makes it insanely easier to spot cheaters playing how I do.   He did have it off sometimes, like that time I smoked his ass.  But there was so many times he knew what building I was in.  Knew where I was hiding.  And did some pathetic 'scouting' to try to make it look like he was 'looking for me' when it was clear he already knew where I was.  That dude, at least 60% of the time had esp on.  That sub never expired.  

Using my methods I have correctly called out at least 9 cheaters, all of which I was argued with that I didn't know what I was talking about, all of which eventually got permed.  Staff egos stop them from investigating properly.

You can keep esp on and aimbot off.    My system for detecting them is a mathematical certainty.  It's not something that can be dismissed, and it always was because staff all think they're smarter than they are.  My system is 100% accurate.   They could learn from it if they had sense.

1.  Pick a cartel when they are fighting caps.
2.  Acclimate the target to the idea that you will be hiding on their caps so they proceed to go into search mode.
3.  Verify group, locations on all data to ensure your position isn't being called out for third party.  (i.e. data only recorded if all members of party are dead or accounted for across the map to ensure data not skewed by third-party scouting)
4.  Take the cartel in question (church works best) and divide it up into 4 quadrants. 

Like so.   

5.  Use a third party RNG to remove human bias from the results.
6.  Wait on the generated quadrant of the cartel cap and hide.  
7.  Whichever quadrant your subject charges to begin searching for you, record it.
8.  When you are killed, give enough time for them to clear the cap and occupy their attention elsewhere.  When they are reset, get in a randomly generated quadrant on the cap and hide.
The purpose of this is that is strips away the farce of pretending to look for someone and exposes that they already knew where you were.
If they correctly guess the quadrant once, they've beat the odds as they had a 25% chance.  
Twice in a row?  6.2500%
Seven times in a row?  0.00610352%

Ten times in a row?  1 in 1,048,576, or 0.00009537% that mother fucker did that.  

Monster got to 7 when I tested him, which is 0.00610352% that dude wasn't cheating. 

It's not even complicated.  It's just simple probability that exposes bad people using esp do to pretend they aren't using esp.  It's why EVERY SINGLE PERSON I'VE EVER CALLED OUT FOR CHEATING (EXCEPT MONSTER) WAS BANNED FOR CHEATING AFTER I CALLED THEM OUT, despite staff ego'ing me and acting like I was butthurt for getting killed.  It doesn't matter how much I'm right, because in the end, the revelation has to be THEIR OWN DOING or they dismiss out of hand, because once again, ego.  

It's also interesting to note, that when fighting aegis on cartels, if there is any staff member with them, they pass 10 every time.

I can say that I never really made guesses at someone cheating, I could figure out duping but when I was staff I just stuck to what I knew and didn’t want to make the wrong call so I’d always pass it off to those that could tell.
