Borderline impossible with how the strider turns.  You try and get alongside it'l swing its fatass out and you'll be shooting its butt armour.  Even if you disable all 4 wheels it has no effect once it hits the water =D

But its also so slow that it would be fairly easy to just kill the dudes through the glass. The 6.5mm guns definitely have more trouble with the glass than 7.62mm, but it ain't like the Strider's going anywhere fast in the water

Yeah but chances are the drivers gonna be watch the boat and the turning radius is extremely sharp in the water.  A good driver will never give a rubber boat a shot.
