Ah yes, I forgot it was WRITTEN DOWN, given a opportunity to discuss, left as a OPEN topic, open for change and approved by both the chief, owner, current owner and majority of everyone when it was initially discussed and to make things better it was actually brought up at a staff meeting and not sneaked in like this.

And ares had plenty of opportunities to say no to it but did he? Nah. When was this change brought up at a staff meeting? When was this discussed between civ council and staff? When was this idea EVER mentioned outside of a select few?

Ha! The fun fact is that it was discussed, mentioned and approved during a staff meeting compared to this change that was never mentioned at a staff meeting.

Mentioned 23 of December and implemented how long after? You had 3+ months to prepare for the change that was listed as coming on a PUBLIC post that ANYONE could read. How in the world can you call that "a select few before implementations"? Everything the civ reps bring up we have no clue what so ever when it actually gets implemented, staff knows, sure, but we both know 99% of the time they are not at liberty to disclose when said changes are coming. The fact that your angry about a change that your chief was more than ok with seems like a apd issue to me, if anything your chief needs to be more open and not expect you to use those 3+ months before implementation to get ready for it to come. Edit: and added to the Trello or not, just because it wasn't added to the Trello asap doesn't mean it won't happen, I don't know what world you live in but it doesn't have to be on the Trello to be official.

Because it was discussed, people were consulted and a conversation was had about it. Unfortunately for us it took some time to implement as there had to be several checks done so we knew it wouldn't impact performance and after a bit it got forgotten due to the fact there were more pressing matters at hand. If you cared to read the civ rep "recap" you would have read ages ago that this was approved and were to be implemented.

And we got promised the war terminal how many months before it got put in? Same principle, things take time. Expecting a change to happen within 2 seconds is something as we see again and again only the SAPD and their "NOT SNEAKY AT ALL" updates can do.

That's why you got CPL, FTO, SGT, LT etc. To Branch out the work

The only thing I get from this is that SAPD can't manage their faction like civs can and in return have to be endlessly buffed to the point where they win no matter what. It's your faction, do like a civ and teach them useful stuff and not irrelevant shit.

Civs adapt to a change and win 10+ times, APD refuses to adapt / change and get salty about not winning 24/7. Omegalul

And I find it funny how the apd has to take EVERYTHING there is as a "oh civs are op" when in reality 90% apd are all dogshit and can't hit the side of a barn standing next to it. Stop blaming everything civs has as the reason as to why civs are op when in reality apd are dogshit.

It's a lost cause Deadpool, you can't argue with SAPD when it comes to balancing civs vs cops as the aps always has to be "ahead".
