In regards to combat storing armed vehicles (and pulling them back out) in order to rearm them/refill ammo: Know that the rule is the following: Combat storing armed vehicles and immediately re-pulling them to rearm/refill ammo will result in administrative action. This is not allowed. Reason being, this may change an active situation's result regarding an armed vehicle where an armed vehicle that's left without ammo suddenly has ammo again without having to deal with the burden that is vehicle ammo and balancing decisions regarding how vehicle ammo is handled. In regards to gang chat (and also in some ways, side chat): Know the difference between shit talking (for gang chat) and personally attacking someone. We will treat hardcore personal attacks (in either chat) with administrative action, where as shit-talk in gang chat is fine (that's what the chat is made for!).   3. Chapter VIII - Hostage Situations 5. Medics may be held hostage for up to 15-30 minutes before they can request to be set free. [See clarification at 5.3 for federal events] 3. Federal events: Medics taken hostage and utilized for a Federal Event (See Server Rules Chapter 18 regarding definition of Federal Events Blackwater Robbery, Federal Reserve Robbery, Jailbreak) should remain hostage for 30 minutes unless the medic has escaped, the medic is killed, 30 minutes has elapsed, or until the federal event is complete. bomb detonates or has been defused. Whichever situation occurs first. (A complete federal event is defined as when the bomb detonates or has been defused)

I've removed some things in Chapter 18 for cleanup purposes, but they still do apply.   5. Chapter 22: Interacting with Whitelist Training / Player Tutorial 3. No player is allowed to interfere with players participating in the server's tutorial. 1. Players participating in the tutorial are indicated with a yellow name, the tutorial itself is a step-by-step guide to doing a silver run. 2. Players that start the tutorial that are currently engaged are exempt (for gang engagements, the player in question has to have participated in the engagement). 3. Players that start the tutorial as a means to avoid a situation are exempt. 4. Players participating in the server's tutorial that initiate an engagement are exempt.
