    You just need to find the right loophole. Fuzz posted one above but I got another for you which unfortunately you won't be able to do cause it requires a friend =( You hold your escorted guy over the edge of a roof and have your friend unrestrain him. BAM he wasn't restrained when you let go and you're free to go about your business. One could argue that they where not let go in a safe manner but that is a problem for @ Rafa to deal with when he looks at your ticket ^_^
