Anytime it seems unbalanced I try and split people up if no one else does, someone else usually does though. Sometimes when pop is low, a fed goes down so some cops log on to help with that, good example is earlier today, not alot of civs on, around 10 cops, but they were all at the fed dealing with what I assume was a big fed attempt.

Letting Civillians engage RP with sirens is by far the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Now a Vigi Icecream truck using the music to engage RP......that would be hilarious

I'm on Clemenza's side for this. Ever since I came back I have fought next to no big gangs, I'd say maybe 4-5, most being large Fed Robs. I would love to see more big gang action on the main island of Altis.
