Welp my internet has been down on my desktop for a week now, everything is fine for everything else, and I've been trying everything that I know that could help. I've tried wifi and ethernet and both won't work, it's really frustrating as offline steam now won't work. Could I have some recommendations that could help me try to fix my PC

i use shadowplay, and you have to use ALT + Z and enable instant replay i.e. shadowplay, and then use your shadowplay hotkey, i think default is SHIFT + F10, regular record is on default SHIFT + F9
