Because jails were slightly harder for civs at that prison since the Deputies would use their wagons to smash all the walls down letting the army of cops storm in next wave

there could be 2 jails, prewipe used to have jails in ever city, there could be the Altis Penitentiary and the Maximum Security Prison, players with extremely high bounties would be sent to the Max Security and others sent to the current jail.

So with the Tanoa life coming, is it going to be interconnected with Altis? Like, will our money and owned vehicles stay with us as in we are traveling to a new island or will it be like a new person entirely with everyone stating fresh? @Poseidon

Thomas, kindey dealing was removed as people would go to the nearby Kavala drug dealer buy a scalpel for 5K, then go to anyone who was restrained (by police or civ) then remove their kidneys and sell for 50K
