  1. From Tomorrow after a discussion with our Lead Developer Jesse, You will no longer be able to jump In/Out of vehicles whilst restrained, OR switch seats whilst restrained.

@CarloMejia So you can thank our wonderful Dev so you don't have to go through that shit from today again. @Jesse:D

its happens mainly bc of the scroll whell and how easy it is to bump the wheel, its happened to me a few tames, maybe we could move it to windows key?

@Lucki I have never ever had someone restrained and got them stuck some place where I couldn't get them out my self. If those cops have a little bit of awareness it shouldn't be happening in the first place, and it definitely isn't worth it to restrained people to exploit just for that point.

No disrespect, but people aren't going to go to you when they have the issue. As a Sr.APD member, and recently a mod, I get messaged about this at least once a week. Not sure about the other Sr.APD.

Just because it doesn't happen to you, doesn't mean it doesn't happen at all. Usually its a deputy that doesn't realize that you can't place someone too close to a wall. Sometimes its someone that was trying to go on a ladder with a suspect, and accidentally stopped carrying them inside the wall. I've been dropped inside a wall, while restrained, 3 times in the last few months that I can remember.

This doesn't mean that I think we need to keep the ability to scroll-wheel out of the car while restrained. I'm just pointing out that this was also useful at times, and it will no longer be an option, so someone in the community might be able to think of a different way to deal with this.

I didn't really consider it arguing. Just pointing out some stuff that people aren't always aware of. Ever since I heard that it was "unforeseen" that officers would be tazed more often when restraining cops was implemented, I prefer to excessively voice concerns.

      But good to know @Jesse
