These are server side files as far as I know... -
have you tried unpluging it? have you tried restarting it? but for real, this might be driver issues. Try uninstalling them completely and try again. Also if you previously had an AMD card, make sure the drivers are removed with the official tool on their website (uninstalling them wont remove them completely)

Ive seen this map before, although I also remeber seeing that there seem to be a lot of problems with buildings (clipping through them, etc) especially in sydney Also Taki Life thowback:)

Goodbye everyone! I will be leaving the server. I have found a server that, for me, has rules that match better my playstyle overall. With this said, I'd like to thank everyone that I've played with. I have had a blast playing on here, but I think I got to move on. I might in the future hop on and play, watch some of you guys' streams and hang out in teamspeak. But I doubt I will be playing as much as I used to a month ago or even before that. Hope the community keeps growing! --xXItzKarlXx

Try resetting your password? (Probably wont be able to im guessing since you just reinstalled steam) Offline log in to see if you can access any options. (pull out your Ethernet cable and try to log in) Log in to their website to see if you get any different results. Lastly, wait out 35 days
