It it situation based, but reasonably if you commit the crime enough you'll be sent to jail, at that point it resets. Not trying to be rude or anything, are you employed or in school? It seems you have worked two full time jobs on arma 3 civ in the last week alone?

Though the ticket guide states jail you can’t be sent straight to jail due to it, doesn’t mean it’s not an arrest able offense. If you refuse two tickets at the allotted amount you will be sent to jail. The idea behind the 1,2,3 offense amounts is to punish those who troll or grief the APD. Ex. You stay in HQ, you are told to leave, you refuse, get detained, charged, pay your ticket, and are told to leave again. You come back in and do the same thing again, at the point that’s where the 1,2,3 statues come into play. Atleast that’s how I’m aware it works.

again, bad apple, they shouldn’t have impounded it and left you there, knowing you probably left out some stuff but that besides the point. you entering a redzone is a charge, you entered an illegal area, but the cop should have handled it differently. i didn’t read the part where they told you to leave and you just walked outside the redzone instead of leaving, honestly you are just asking for it at that point, you should have gotten in your heli and LEFT like you were told to do so. Leaving someone 1km+ from a garage with no car *every processer is 1+km from a garage* is against the server rules and APD handbook. there’s a code of conduct and common sense, police have jurisdiction over crimes and areas owned by the police. your reaching so hard.

There is always bad apples anywhere you go, that doesn’t mean you need to “audit” or witch hunt and mass report as it’s put bluntly those who have a gap of knowledge or make a mistake. If you find the bad apples, then report them, otherwise witch hunting the APD and making them miserable because you breathe down there necks over any minor inconvenience not plain stated in the rules is not okay. Not to mention you target JAPD the most. what valid reason would a civilian doing a run at silver legally be told to vacate a location not governed by the APD? If there was an active situation and someone was told to vacate for there safety and leave with there truck, what cop in there right mind would stop them, pull them out, detain them, impound there truck, then let them go??

You can not detain someone unless you have a valid reason to do so, probable cause is in the handbook. Again this is another example of you pulling gray area rule that’s not wrote and dragging it out as if it’s something major. I can assure you 99% of cops don’t impound vehicles just because. Majority of cops don’t find an excuse to ruin players runs, especially legal runs, at that point that are being unprofessional, at that point submit a report. The APD is not on the server to hender anyone’s fun gameplay for no reason.

Small groups that play the server dont run across this issue, if you're referencing huge groups with 4-8 trucks who just spilt in 6 different directions and its impossible to fight with 4 people on the ground, hey be my guest. You can close the windows are the NW side and if you play tight enough against the corner NW cannot shoot you. Spools and crates can 100% watch underneath G1 as well. Southwest has clear LOS into G1 so what's the point in removing NW jump? If NW jump is removed there needs to be a jump spot added closer to telos tower. It should be a simple QOL change. The hostage situation charge was simply meant for a genuine hostage situation not to cover down on the fact that adding kidnapping govt official was void from being added. It doesn’t take one mag of 6.5 maybe 7.62 but i’ve never seen a hawk get dropped my one mag of 6.5 and I spent an a lot of time in them.
