@APD Officer Seems like not a lot of people knew this was allowed.
A civilian may request to have their processing waived. Confirm with the civilian that they do not want to be processed. Once confirmed, you may search, seize, and send them to jail immediately.-

Credit is also due to @ nicole for the APD Textures. I put on the fresh coat of paint and made some changes here and there to the fonts, colors, and patterns, but the base framework for positions of where things are placed and such originate from what she built.
