What are you talking about? The APD was created for admins that are not fraggers

I can finally use my tier 5 vigi to rob cops then store it for only a mill lets go 

30 minute cooldown for repurchasing vigilante licence if seized by the APD.

Reason for denial: Civs will just resort to other tactics, not worth the time invested to implement cooldown based on the amount of ways to circumvent this.

That stopped working for me around a month ago, I would spam shift R but you guys did successfully patch it after I did it to Brandyn and mason Harrison
