  1. I want to drive a General Lee skinned vehicle (from Dukes of Hazzard) off that jump into the Fed at some point.
  2. Eventually, too many people are going to have too much money.  This server needs more currency sinks.

  3. These could probably go a long way toward selling the donator goals. Only criticism is that the red gull car could be confused with the APD highway patrol skins at first glance.
  4. Why not go up to 2560x1440 (which is what I run)? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4JH1NB1871
  5. With each donation of $X or more you get a vote on which of several features for the devs to prioritize.
  6. Here's how it would work: 2 players, Ricky and Julian, drive a green SUV with yellow damaged wheels 1 player, Bubbles, drives a go-kart Armed with rooks, dressed in closest matching civ clothes Accepted money making activities: moonshine, weed, gas station holdups, robbery, hostage situations All players must go to jail at least once per server restart (preferably toward the end). optional: Jim Lahey and Randy Bobandy with vigi licenses, Cory & Trevor (unarmed but allowed to pick weed if they're good)
  7. Awesome stuff all around! This is going to be a huge boost for medics, and I predict lots more of us online now.
  8. Maybe a bunch of people will get their paychecks tomorrow and donate. Last two months saw a flurry of last minute donations. I do think the rewards are a little weaker this month but I still chipped in - the Olympus experience, being a small highly customized game with a very active and competent staff, is worth way more than what I've received for various MMO subscription fees over the years. From this perspective, the fact that what we have here is not only awesome but FREE, is pretty astounding. That's my argument for donating.
  9. someone please come play medic on server 1 with me I can't keep up right now...

  10. Is there anything both free and good for windows 10?
  11. Thanks for everything you've done and will continue to do.
  12. seriously, why the hate for vaping (not that I vape)?
  13. Note that some of the scenery surrounding the rig will kill you if you try to jump on it to check it out because it looks cool, like I did. Then your body sinks to the bottom of the ocean and Muth has to revive your serial-drowning ass like 10 times as you slowly make your way toward the surface. True story.
  14. that feeling of relief when you realize the heli noise is from real life

  15. @djwolf any chance the update will drop before the weekend?

  17. Bugfixes, pretty please.  Check licenses > tilde > question drug dealer > medic delivery missions.

      • It offers missions to the same city you're in for $0;
      • Can't deliver to Sofia APD
      • (possibly fixed? haven't seen in a while) gives missions to (no longer existent) AAC
      • (most important) APD delivery locations no longer offer medics the ability to get a new mission; medics have to return to a hospital to get a new one.

Originally the new map completely removed medic delivery missions; when they were re-implemented a week or two later, all of these bugs appeared.

      thanks!

Question drug dealer not currently possible with new map system, check licenses fix coming next update, might have an idea what's breaking tilde.

Poseidon, if you fix tilde, you will have massive amounts of big toe sucking. ;)

  18. Rulebook is out of date, still refers to warzone.  The cartels AREN'T redzones, right?

  19. Edit: never mind, the tilde thing totally breaks our game for the time being.

  20. What's your opinion on the optimal composition of a full server, regarding the number of people in each role? I feel like with 100 total slots, having 16 APD, 5 R&R, and the rest civs is the sweet spot where there is the largest amount of fun interactions. Lots of R&R gets more civs taking more risks.
  21. On a related note, what's up with the golden console controller?
  22. Uber-style surge pricing for R&R.  I can dream.

  23. Sometimes when I upgrade drivers I've had to change my NVIDIA control panel settings again.
  24. Fix the drug dealers, fix medic delivery missions, add the new vehicles, and I will have almost nothing to complain about.

@McDili that is how it works however they have to code each individual skin to be a taser gun. For example, the tan MXs that were glitched out of crates when the new map came out were not coded for tasers so they only lethaled. Because they are multiple mk1 skins they could keep the grey/black one for cop with tasers and lethals and give the green camo or tan one for civs with no taser function. I believe the only reason this hasnt been done is to keep the cop and civ factions different in terms of weaponry.
