Seizure of Weapons

1. Illegal firearms are to be seized when it is safe to do so, preferably before transport.
   1. Blackwater items of note: Thermal NVGs (NOT COMPACT NVGs) are illegal. Know the difference.
   2. Silencers attached to any gun, even a PDW, is considered an illegal modification and you are to charge for illegal weapon and seize.
   3. DMS Scopes fall under the same condition. 
   4. The non-black MXM and MAR-10 are considered illegal weapons, not APD equipment. 
2. Suspects cited for any crime that requires a weapon (ie. Manslaughter, Attp. Manslaughter, Robbery, Kidnapping) permits seizure.
3. Carrying a firearm without a Firearms License is subject to seizure.

 

Illegal Vehicles

1. Procedures for stopping a fleeing vehicle apply to illegal vehicles.
2. Illegal vehicles are defined as any armed vehicles and ifrits, striders, hunters, and the Taru Bench.
3. Illegal vehicles are subject to search and seizure after the situation has been neutralized.
