Everybody on the server must own the dlc to be able to play on it it is not optional. It would be the same as having a tanoa or modded server where it would lower the population significantly. Im pretty sure that's not how it works seemingly plenty of people still do not have tonoa DLC's for their alts lets say and they can still play the server cuz its on altis they just cannot buy the tonoa stuff 1 Quote Link to comment

It would require every person who plays on the server to own and be using that DLC otherwise it wouldnt let them play. Quote Link to comment
