Is Gay Marriage legal on Olympus?

Hey all!

What is the status of gay marriage on this server? I am asking for a friend who does not want to be named (Hint: hes an APD Officer, and was once support team member of r the month within this year). He is currently in the closet and is really shy about this kind of stuff.

Is it legal in particular jurisdictions/cities (perhaps just the red zones?). If someone from the civilian council, or perhaps the Chief/Deputy Chief of Police could answer me, that would be great!
