Remove the APD!!!

Guys I think we need to consider removing the apd faction as a whole. The reasons for this are quite obvious. They are simply useless and is just used as an outlet to rdm without being banned! They already have a much better replacement called VIGILANTES!! They are simply a waste of player slots and the blufor faction.

I think that is would be a much better replacement to the APD, but also I think they should also use them for a Medic SWAT team that only use lethal flare guns.
