last he checked he's chief of police and makes the rules. so everyone prepare to stay in the bent over position for these incoming ghost Hawks. if this becomes a daily thing fuck this server

In most situations if you don't engage with the Ghost Hawk then it can't engage with you. A fed/jail is meant to be hard not easy so the Ghost Hawk adds that bit of challenge there for the civs at these situations and especially at the jail levels the playing field for the cops. If you're unable to combat a Ghost Hawk effectively do not do a fed/jail and when you know a ranking officer that can deploy these vehicles is online try to be more sneaky with how you get around the map.

God. fucking Johnny pencil pusher, a bit of a challenge ? more like you are fucked and might as well call it a day , when 5 cops land on u at meth when two g hawks are floating around rebel already engaging with your heli and how the fuck do you drive a truck away from fed with a ghost hawk chasing you? bring Titans ? oh well we would've ! but cops like to change name and rank and still pull that shit 

 

bottom line APD has amazing gear and zero to no risk and we can't get a fuckin mk1 emr

It prevents Johnson Hopping and stacking. If he was to be in that channel as a Chief he'd have about 15 other officers in his channel.

To be honest, if you made it through 20 minutes for the bomb to blow and him to pull a Ghosthawk without none of you seeing his uniform / hearing the rifle then you deserve to have of been smited with the Ghostcock.

It doesn't make sense. The CHIEF should be in the FED channel when in fact there is a fed going on. Not no fucking PO tag. There shouldn't be a fucking PO instead of a fucking Chief.

    2. Officers must be within their appropriate channel dependent on the server and city they have been assigned to.
    3. The APD Teamspeak channels are to be used for APD operations only. Casual conversations can be held in other channels such as the APD Coffee Break lounge, or in direct chat

Rules are made for a fucking reason. Its his damn fault for not abiding by them. He is Chief for a reason.

No rules were broken, he was named same on Teamspeak as ingame.

 

You'll actually find some senior APD actually do this in order to see how other ranks behave around a Deputy versus around a Sergeant. @McDili has done this to me back when I was a Patrol Officer last year.

As far as I know this has been practiced a lot of times before. Other chief's used to to it. It really isn't a big deal. Might put rebels to a disadvantage but it is part of the game. Also, being the chief of police he can do as he pleases when playing cop as long as it doesn't intervene with server rules. As you noticed that rule is in the handbook and Clemenza has full call on that ( there are some exceptions were staff intervene but only when it's something game changing ). 

Also, all gangs are guilty of checking to see who's online or who's on TS then decide to do a jail or fed. This is not enforced nor will it ever be but you are already using this to your advantage, the difference is this time you got surprised. You ask me that sounds like fun ;).

He wasn't on for any waves until the bomb blew therefore no chance to see uniform, at that point he was only online for the Ghosthawk pull, if uniform would of been seen or TS tags seen Titans would have just been brought to handle the GH. Everyone cut the fucking salt.

Ghosthawks aren't even that bad during jails and feds. They can't fire at civs while the jail/fed is active unless you shoot at it. When the bomb blows and everyone is trying to escape it can fire. Makes things more interesting I feel. Take the risk shooting it down or risk it not killing you while transporting 5 mil of gold bars.
