Reinstall, still dying on boot so im assuming gpu or cpu is overheating

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy I use this to monitor temps, it's lightweight and pretty basic but if all you're after is temperatures it does the job.

RAM can cause a hard reboot as well. I'd run a stress test on your RAM to check for any issues.
