yea this'll be fixed in the hotfix when the hotfix is determined to not break the server

NLR shouldnt be a thing for medics, unless its a red zone. Or at least if there is only 1 medic online. Its the worst thing that you have to deny everyone in Kavala because you had a legit car crash and you are the only medic online.
