No, only person who can see the circle is the cop who has the warrant and it's blue lol -
making sure exclusive mode is unchecked here may avoid that from happening, otherwise i would just completely disable all the razer bs from running

I could see reducing explosive damage for vehicles that have gold, pharma trucks, etc so they take multiple hits to blow up, much better than adding a rule in my opinion. If there's gonna be third partying of events I personally would prefer it to be from someone who wants to loot the event and not just grief -
