Feel like it would be up to staff discretion on how private the way the picture was shared is, example your profile picture is obviously public, a discord dm is obviously private, etc Regardless of "doxxing" it would probably be construed as harassment if the person has an issue with how it is used. -
Do you have another game that uses battleye? If you install said other game do you have any issues at all? When conquest comes up tonight try logging in to server 3 and see what happens there
