Hey guys, I reset my pc today and it was working fine, then my keyboard started acting up, I searched up reasons for keyboard drives not installing and working and I restored my pc back to when I reset it. After I did that I restarted my pc and a blue screen came up saying “something went wrong restarting your pc, we’ll restart it for you. And there was an error at the bottom that said “Critical Process Died” if you know a solution to this or have experienced this before hmu

So my guess is if you have restarted your computer 30 times and holding F4 you have already interrupted the normal boot process, which should start diagnosing your laptop. If not you want to interrupt it by restarting 3 times over and over. once that is done you want to go to Advanced options -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Then Startup options -> Then click restart. After restart click the F5 key when you see start up settings. F5 will allow you to accuses the internet in safe mode. Do not click automatic repair until you find and delete what ever is fucking your laptop.
