Eh. The ball is more in the civ's court in this case. Civs need to RP more in general on Olympus. I've noticed it is ALL gang shit with "hands up or die by [TAG]" and nothing more. Cops have to deal with shitty tweeners pretending they're RP-ing which makes it hard for not-dickheads to RP properly with them. I managed it a few weeks back. Got a friend off a ticket he had already paid because...well, I RP'd. Shout-out to Pretty Boy Jello and Dustin.

You're going AMD, so use AMD's version of Shadowplay - Raptr. I have used it for everything I've recorded so far and even with the odd bugs that come with this kind of software (same with Nvidea, let's be honest)...streamlined well with the GPUs, I notice no frame loss, everything on ultra, max render distance, recording in 1080p. http://raptr.com/amd

Try out most other modes in A3 - the game's so damn diverse! 1600 hours and still not bored. Favourites being KOTH and Exile. I am looking into getting into that new A3 DayZ Mod, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Otherwise, DayZ SA has my second-most hours at ~600. Oh and with the new puppy, I find myself playing Xbox 360 just so I can watch her as I play, so recently it's been a lotof Assassin's Creed Black Flag, sometimes Call Of Doots - the SP campaign and Skyrim. Oh and guilty pleasure game is Clash Of Clans on the phone.

$50 donator here. GA rigs and mohawks are legacy pay-to-win stuff at the moment...that's not hugely fair to most of the playerbase. I mean, I'd love to be able to get the purple suit for the RP, but accept that cosmetic items such as that and the VR suit should probably be exclusive. I agree with rewarding future donors with other cosmetic items such as vehicle skins etc. I think Posiedon and the crew has come up with a air way to benefit everyone with their current system (which I only just learned about) given the situation they're in with legacy perks and no other way to obtain them. I know I'd be donating more if I could just because but my income isn't exactly disposable at the moment, being unemployed Just out of curiosity, I remember over a year ago there was a guy who donated tens of thousands to this server and various streamers, can't remember his name and I believe he kind of disappeared silently...were his donations legit? However, I have 0 coding knowledge and to my knowledge no friends that can help either so it kinda got stuck in the mud there... If you need some Aussie consultants, Papa and myself are good for it lol

Papa currently owns an Arma server, man. Previously he owned a DayZ SA server and he has had a Teamspeak for as long as I've known him (a year/year and a half) - he knows what servers cost, my man. *Not getting involved in any discussion about the server, admins, donations or anything at the moment, just thought I'd interject that Papa does know what he's talking about**

Hey guys, it's been months since I was on and I thought I'd let whoever may be wondering know I'm pretty much finished with Olympus, I'm afraid. No major issues with the server or anything, I just have come to find AL a little...boring I suppose. I hear you guys had a wipe which is both interesting and annoying for some of you big spenders out there! But yeah, what it's come down to recently is that I've been accepted onto DayZRP and have been having a blast with that - would highly recommend that to anyone looking for a solid RP community for DayZ SA. I just like the level of customisation and complexity you can have in DayZ over A3 - I've made a series of DZRP short films on RP on my YouTube linked below if any of you are interested in seeing how it all works. I still do crank out quite a bit of KOTH on A3, so feel free to say hello if you see me - I play Aussie and American servers and my IGN is the same as it was in AL - "Andrew Applepicker". I did actually meet one of you guys on there, Max, from the APD who recognised me so that was nice. But yeah, I still have a fair bit of footage to sort through that I recorded on Olympus - jailbreaks, MK18 sniping (incl one shot where I curved it over a roof for the headshot!) and some interesting runs etc so those will be posted in due time - I'm just too busy with work for the next month-ish to do anything with it at the moment. Also, just to say, I may well pop in to the server to get up to some crazy stuff now and then - when my friend who some may know Donnie Donaldson, comes on and asks if I'm down for some AL the answer is always yes, as we just have a blast playing together.
