I know I’m a bit late coming over this topic and I’ve been enjoying the outdoors instead of sitting on Arma. (Maybe even get a girlfriend next) However, I am grateful that I got to sit around on Arma and get to know you PJ. You’ve been nothing but kind and amazing towards me during the time I have known you and I will truly miss a friendly face around the R&R and on civ. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors because you deserve it! It’s a shame for all the medics who will never experience a life changing boat ride with PJ. Stay in contact! o7 @PJ.

If it's not one of those three things NLR applies, the handbook update was to try and clarify that." By far the easiest way to describe NLR is what David said above... and to boil it down even further: NLR always applies unless you were killed via RDM, VDM (not a car crash), or an Arma Bug (running through a desk, multiple examples of this.)
