At the end of the day the compensation system is used to equate the value of gear/item/vic..etc lost. If the item is rare and not readily available and you broke a rule with intent knowing that it would cause the lose of the item from the economy they are more then likely subject to comp even after a “No Comp” dispute. Disputes are used to settle minor discrepancies between players to reduce unnecessary bans, not for those who break rules with ill intent to ruin player experience.

Here’s a genius plan, use your brain a little more. Take control of the jail, hack the AA, fly in and pick them up! All NYPD want is an easy one life ambush on the APD and then bitches and moans when someone finally uses their brains to prevent a 100% lose rate with people in custody!

Corps had types and Tier 3s back in 2018 when civs only had Tier 3 vests as well, now they have access to buyable Tier 4 vests and the corps still don't have Type115s back, Obivously how this hasn't been roundtable'd and argued for on the APD's behalf is still beyond me...
