That is context that we do not see in the scroll text. The scroll text refers to OS News being the only source of Official Olympus News, and makes no reference to other non-official News sources and/or previous news sources. Therefore, the statement "This is the Official Olympus News on OS News" is grammatically correct. @TheCmdrRex F - (You fail English, sir.)

Homeless Hank is a lovable scamp who is a little down on his luck, has a slightly damaged home (Black SUV) and he just wants 20$ to buy himself a sandwich. He likes to park in the APD spots at night cause its safe. He is sometimes naked and he will occasionally start bum fights in the alley, and he gets people to place bets on them. The village drunk is a bastard coated bastard with bastard filling, speed bombs, crashes helicopter, takes hostages for a 12 pack of broweiser, and generally causes problems. These two people don't mix.

It does irk me slightly that the toolkit just vanishes into the ether. "Hmmmmm I just finished fixing my car but my tools have all vanished into a puff of smoke" Also, @Ignis you'll pay for that.... -
