Not a bad idea but back in the day if your Kidney got taken from you then your legs would be broken like they should because if someone harvests your kidney your going to be in a lot of pain and say someone could bring you into the middle of the fields of Altis and harvest your kidney there and leave you therefore your fucked so your going to die either way. Also having it like that could lead to other problems such as if you were in restraints and someone took your kidney your timer would start and after that said 7 minutes you would die so if the APD had you in restrains and shots were fired at the HQ they wouldn't be able to help you or anything due to the fact there trying to keep your safe by dealing with whats going on outside the HQ your just going to die inside anyways. Also people can just restrain you and take your kidney and leave you restrained somewhere therefore if you don't get help from someone you will die.

Also never going to happen because someone could abuse this and get money like no other. Say Kidneys are 40k again and after a period of time you Kidney can heal back someone could just keep you locked away and just farm your kidneys for a profit .

It's never going to happen considering the fact that if they APD Taze and Restrain someone a Civ could just come up out of nowhere and steal there kidney therefore its very frustrating for the Civilians in said restraints and the APD because there in charge of said Civilians safety. But in some cases If the APD Tazed and Restrained someone and they were lets say fighting the Civilian's gang or something then some random can come steal there Kidney and that could potentially fuck the overall process of everything.
