The ice cream truck is available to staff members only. It would be great to let anyone use it. Unfortunately, there are many, many, people (you know who you are) that wouldn't use it in a manner it is intended. Rather, they would simply use it for trolling and annoying other players. I have no control over this, but I dont see it being released to the general public anytime soon.

R&R of sufficient rank are allowed to enter cartels to answer calls. This is not likely to change.

First off, why would you make this pole? Secondly, if this did in fact have any relevance, why would you put in the R&R section? Its completely pointless. The servers are almost never full and resources are always spread thin. What sense would it make to spread things even thinner. A few days with 60+ people on the server and you decide to make this pole... Let me explain this to you. If Poseidon ever did decide to bring server 3 back, he would probably know when the time is right without needing a pole...

You need to adjust your sound Marty. They are plenty loud. Also, take your ear plugs out if your having problems.

It was not the type of thing people are going to discuss in game. Gotta check the forums, when able, to keep up on current events.

Its an RP server, which means your spose to RP with people, not just kill everyone you see. If you choose a life of crime because you want to do drug runs or kill everyone then thats your choice. Olympus allows you to do this as long as you follow the rules. Though, choices such as these have consequences. Personally, I have played Olympus since January and I have not spent 1 minuet in jail, and I still have a blast. Sometimes I do legal stuff, sometimes I do illegal stuff. However, when I play I try not to leave a huge wake of destruction that is going to screw over other players. If you have a bounty large enough to spend an hour in jail you, havelikely screwed over a lot of people by killing or robbing or stealing cars or whatever. Your punishment for that is sitting in jail or paying a large fine if your caught. If you dont like sitting in jail all the time then STOP DOING ILLEGAL STUFF. There is a lot more to this game then fulfilling your killer instinct or inner thug. If you want to kill or be a thug all the time play GTA.

Side chat is NOT considered RP. You also can NOT deny or cancel a revive request in side chat. If you don't want a revive, then don't hit the button. Its really that simple. Its not "meta reviving for cop purposes". I would more consider it meta gaming to use side chat to attempt to communicate a message after you die because you just happen to see that there are cops around your dead corpse. Even if you had a legit reason, it would still likely never happen as medics would be running all over the map and people would cancel before the medic arrived. At the end of the day it is 100% up to the person that dies to hit the revive button.

Working together is always an option... Everyone always goes screaming off in 10 different directions with no plan whatsoever as soon as the last cop gets killed. When I am on I usually stay quite and let those who have been around longer take charge as to not step on any toes. But damn. Sometimes its hard to bite my tong. That, and it seems when someone does formulate a plan no one follows it or people are too busy cluttering up TS with random chat. Personally, I hate doing feds and jail breaks because it is complete chaos. Hell, on top of it if you win you still lose because you have to process a bunch of people that are pissing and moaning about getting caught. Regardless, to be constructive here. Perhaps APD should host training that focuses on communication and working as squads to achieve desired goals. Assuming guys like Bubbaloo take the time to come up with actual strategies.

If someone is gonna bull that BS then you might as well just robo cop them because thats fail RP IMO. People that pull that crap will not be satisfied with any kind of RP you throw at them. They are either trolling or want to be released, which obviously wont happen.

Use finger prints. Actual jails have finger print scanners that help identify people. Thats how I RP it.

Well I guess my outlook on it, as is in real life, is that you can talk to anyone you want anytime. However, to legally detain them, and keep them from leaving, you need probable cause. So for example. If you strike up a convo with a random Kavala troll that is walking around and the troll just walks away. You can not detain them because you do not have PC, even if they are a wanted criminal. If the same troll is in Kavala and they do something illegal or are driving a vehicle then game on. Thats my outlook anyways. Who knows, maybe I am wrong?
