    If possible try reseting the pc by getting to the menu on boot f8 or f2 while starting. Reset pc. Sounds like the installation wad incomplete

    In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click OK. window should pop up. In the window that has now appeared choose "Save all information" After you've saved thefile, please upload it or msg me it In run bar type msinfo32 open and then click file then save it. Then upload it here or pm it to me
