I might be wrong on the date, but something like December 10th 2015. This was THE pivotal moment for Olympus. Not only has the APD become leagues more fun to play on as a result of this event, it was also the best moment for Olympus in general as the Staff albeit slowly at first, started a process of improvement that has continued perpetually since then.
