When and where will the Purge event be happening?  Who can participate and where can medics buy arms :-)

Looking for the official event.  Although I am a fan of S1 Kavala RDM fest.  It’s been relatively quiet in Kav, besides the dozen suicide vests from a couple nights ago on S2.
