Gang Uniforms

With the recent post by @D P stating they were trying to remove some solid color hatchbacks I am getting the vibe that they are trying to free up space for custom free textures for hatchbacks. Going off of this, I came up with the idea of Gang Uniforms (It has been brought up before). I know the only problem is mission file space, but i believe that if we are removing some hatches then we can remove some unused rebel clothing that just clogs mission file space. 

Obviously Gang Clothing isn't for every gang and only the active and devoted gangs should have access to this. That being said there should be some requirements to make this run much smoother and make gang life much better since there is an incentive to be an active big gang. 

Requirements: 

• 15 Million in gang funds at time of application for uniforms 
• At least 15 active members 
• Gang should be a pre-existing gang for 1+ month minimum
• Have to complete a certain amount of Federal Events to be qualified 
• Must stay active and devoted to the server or gang clothing will be revoked on monthly update/hot fixes

I know this is such a stretch but this is a very good idea in my opinion and a lot of other people want to see this. Making gang uniforms is not a hard task and I know the design team can get this done by the end of each month. (In all reality, there wont be a lot of gangs getting this clothing so it's not a massive work load)

Im not gonna lie I kinda like this, but For every hatch we remove we intend on putting a skined hatch.

With that being said, a hatchback skin file size is smaller than a uniform. I could be wrong but @Gluxdator could confirm

I mean in all honesty, a hatch skin isn't as important as a gang uniform

I do plan on retiring / redoing (to save room) some of the older textures, hatchbacks, quad bikes, and some other vehicles. Im currently re-structuring all the textures, so we can save tons of room and implement a rotation for textures. From a design perspective yeah it could easily be done; but there would have to be a limit to how many textures we would allocate to that. Also we would need a designer to man that station. 

Why not add on there, Gang Advertisement Billboard (1 or 2), Gang Issue Ground Vehicle. Just an idea I had while high.

I think it would be pretty cool to have gang uniforms. I'd be willing to sacrifice hatch skins/other skins for gang uniforms instead tbh

remove all normal hatchback skins and all Quadbike skins noone uses that
