I have carefully reviewed the situation at hand. I have taken all accounts into consideration during my review. I have used independent resources for evidence and concluded numerous interviews. 

The following is my ruling:

 

The Ifrit the larger vehicle. You were within a 3 walled building that most professional ifrit drivers would have a hard time seeing into. It's from my observation that you failed to look both ways before entering the roadway where a vehicle has, and maintains dominance. You also failed to wear any safety equipment such as a bright yellow  vest.

With your lack of looking both ways, and lack of appropriate equipment. You are found to be guilty. The driver in question is free and clear. with one get out of ban ticket added to his account.

 

TLDR don't play in the street dumbass
