Anyone else notice the huge civ vehicle nerf?

Tried discussing it with a dev before and we're all apparently pretending it didn't happen.. apparently.  
Quillins taking forever to hit top speed, trucks that can't even make it up slight inclines now.

The overall  speed/weight of most civ vehicles I've tested has been nerfed to shit.

I've been driving tempests over mountains for years.. and it's getting stuck at every incline now.  I knew the limits before and the limits are lower now.

Quillins are now going slow af unless they're on a road.

These tempest changes are clearly a targeted attacked towards anti, it will now have to play 7 hours a day to drag its self over the hills during its mushroom runs
