Apd ifrits at feds

Currently apd is lacking the skills to defeat the aegis staff gang. To combat the aegis staff gangs utilization of absurd bw gear,  senior apd should be granted the ability to pull ifrits with one smoke. These ifrits are only permitted for federal events. Even then these ifrits will only be permitted under circumstances if the staff gang is using zafir mar10 ect. 
 

Feds are insanely easy to win with a mk1 against cops. Imagine when the whole gang is wearing granit t and tier 5 with zafs. 
 

Civs win more feds now that aegis staff gang is around, and goat and rabid are gone. The more feds civs are winning the worse the economy is for the new, average player. 
Apd should win more feds often times than naught.

+1 /\ The APD has won feds with one senior on and a handful of POs and Deps against Ageis with one successful hunter push. Hunters work fine.

APD already have mutliple tools to combat a fed with high gang activity. they also have armour already in the arsenal to use. If you give them ifirts to use at feds they will use them every fed and claim high gang activity. 

 

Before anything you should always look at the current fed stats. Whats the win rate and loss rate of the fed. (win rate being bomb blows and loss rate being bomb defused)  Also gold bars sold vs spawns would be a nice stat to see
