At this time, I'm putting a hit on the man who vigied our close, taxi serviceman, Marty.

If I am correct, the man who vigied him was [TW] Hunter

The person who kills him does not get money, because we will kill him as we see him. 

Marty was on his way to 1k assaults. He didn't even get to 200. 

that is all.

I put a 500 K prizetag on TW hunters head, however you need to have video evidence that you are sacrificing him in the name of our holy assault man, Taxi Marty, that is the only way i will pay you the 500 K for the hit... that is all :)

I'm going to to him to the corner of the map at the bottom of the ocean. I will watch as he feebly swims to the surface. When he gets there, I will do it over and over until he kills himself.
