It's not invisible it's just hard to see, and it was IMMEDIATELY REMOVED and not seen by anyone. You didn't get whitelisted because it was hard to see you were whitelisted because it was R&R skin. Where does it say I cannot skin a ghosthawk as an R&R ghosthawk? And Winters whitelisting someone as the Chief of Police is way different than a Lieutenant whitelisting someone. It has always been any means is strictly in-game whitelisting someone requires out-of-game intervention.

The vehicle was given a mirror RVMAT it's not actually invisible and I also put an R&R skin on it, when I took off the RVMAT (almost immediately after putting it on which no one saw) and made it gold instead the R&R skin appeared which I forgot was on it and by that point we were already engaged so we couldn't store and pull it out again, like I previously stated I also didn't know any directories to take off the R&R skin at the time. In response the highest-ranking officer at the time whitelisted a non senior apd member as Sergeant and allowed him to begin pulling ghosthawks with his infinite money. I will leave it up to to decide if a skin that changes nothing or a whitelist being given to someone with infinite money is worse. This "OMG IT WAS SKINNED AS R&R" narrative is just an easy cop-out, if they cared that much instead of going to a Lead Developer asking for an increase of a whitelist (allegedly) to fight any means which has never happened before he should have reported my actions and I would have been dealt with. My APD rank has nothing to do with what I do with my Senior Designer whitelist. If Senior Development has an issue with what I did I am more than happy to explain myself and I accept any punishment that they impose. I had originally made the Ghosthawk hard to see with an RVMAT but quickly after they took off I made it a gold RVMAT (to avoid any complaints), I totally forgot I had made it an R&R skin and I have no idea how to change it back to default skin or knew at the time a directory to make it a non-R&R skin, my actions were not deliberate and sure as hell didn't change the outcome of the situation.

Aegis scrapped so many armed Hurons and multiple pieces of extremely valuable gear to obtain their scrap no one is spawning anything for the members of Aegis; the only person who spawns anything does it for himself, which means he just puts some random piece of expensive gear in his house he will never use because he happens to be the Community Manager, which deals with possibly more than every senior staff member combined. You can cope and say Aegis abuses, but we simply don't. Uh-huh.

The YouTube video is filled with false narratives and you're just easily falling for them, he tried painting it as I own the houses with all that gear, which I don't, and that over 10 people have keys to Mako's gear house when it literally is my garage in Telos which I give to anyone. If anyone were to touch Mako's spawned-in gear that he gets for being a Community Manager they'd be banned instantly, either way only 2 people have keys to that house I believe.

No senior really needs to do 10 hour weeks, I have said this for the second time now, you are only required to do 10 hours if you do 0 desk work, however, most seniors do desk work and play in-game so realistically would need like 6 hours in-game and 3-4 OICs even then that is what they will NEED to do but most do way more as it is. People need to move up and not sit there and wait for spots to open up endlessly this will result in us losing good candidates for Senior APD due to burnout etc.

This whole change is to encourage more desk work, don't do desk work okay then go play 10 hours as your minimum. Does desk work okay your minimums are now 4-6 hours. Desk work has always been required, I am fairly certain the requirement was 2-3 OICs a week.

You do not have to put 10 hours in-game every week. From what has been explained to me by @ Winters is as long as you're getting desk work done, meaning doing tests and doing the IAs assigned to you (pretty much anything out of game), you do not really need to have 10 hours in-game. Now let's say you don't do any desk work but you like playing in-game, then yes, you'll need to put in 10 hours minimum. That being said, very few seniors only play in-game; the majority do desk work and put in a fair share of in-game time, which in that case is all good. There are a few people who are due to move up, and this will help identify the people who are over ArmA or are over being Senior APD, and that is okay, but they should give other people a chance to move up and achieve their goals. I hope I made sense. I am willing to answer more questions, but realistically, this won't change very much and, in fact, will be very good for the people putting in the effort but cannot move up due to the lack of slots.
