You keep saying the APD can just bend the rules to however they like, stop. It's just not true, just because you do not understand the rules fully doesn't mean everyone else is breaking them. Period.

And still losing... If the knockable walls helps the APD at all, why do you think SAPD will still pull so much Armor? You don't see SAPD pulling hunters for Feds or BWs being done by 2/3 people, if it is obvious the APD actually has a chance at winning, not as much Armor will be pulled. It's a problem that the APD can take a part of the Blackwater with "almost ease" but not that the Civilians can win the entire Blackwater with ease?

There's no way you think it is currently balanced in terms of the Blackwater win rate, just because a change is being made to make the Blackwater more balanced doesn't mean the "APD wins again".

Is this still relevant today then? Not everything can be written down, that's why it has been left to SAPD members to determine "high gang activity", which seems fine to me. Personally I rarely pull Ghosthawks, I prefer to drive around in hatchbacks, a lot of other SAPD members are the same. Going to be honest, I can't remember the last time I saw more than a few Hunters at most pulled for a Fed. A couple months ago sure, they were definitely a problem then, but since the SAPD has cut down on the Hunter usage at Feds.

Still complaints about APD pulling hunters I see. The APD has mostly only been pulling mass amounts of Hunters in response to the insanely Civ sided Blackwater, even with the Hunters being pulled the win rate for Civs is 78%. As for new players losing their trucks, if they're new and have limited vehicles they shouldn't be doing illegal runs, just because they are new doesn't mean the APD should let them get away with illegal runs, it's a part of the game.

I agree that getting gold out of the Fed is a problem, but bring suggestions that will fix it other than a Blackfish and stop complaining that we now actually have a chance at countering them, just becuase we will be getting titans doesn't mean that every blackfish is insta dead, they still have flares, armor and speed. I was patrolling to find you, if we're in support of course I'm not just going to say "Hey, I'm patrolling in my Ghosthawk looking for you in your Hummingbird Exner!".

Prior to restart you and your gang were at Pyrgos hospital, you in a Hummingbird and another one of you in an Orca. That is the reason for me pulling the hawk in the first place, you titaned/rpged the hawk so I pulled another to return to find you, which I did not. After restart I pulled the Hawk to patrol in hopes of finding your group of about 6 in helicopters, we couldn't find you again so we decided to go after some trucks which were passing us at the time.

Blackfishes should not be the only way to win a fed, the only way to currently counter them as the APD is to be lucky enough to get to them with a hawk before the see you and go to space. Feds should not be balanced in a way that is only do-able with a Blackfish, if a Fed is only do-able with a Blackfish then that's a big proble imo.
