    Avoid rules that make players give up a percentage of their run money and don't make people wear a uniform. Generally, overtime you will come up with rules, if that doesn't come easy to you, just use another gangs rules as a template to model yours off of. Don't blatantly copy them though. When writing them keep them simple and clear and short and sweet. No one wants to read pages upon pages of stuff, unless they are a bibliophile or something like that.     I'm all for vigilantes getting more stuff added to them, but this is a little over the top and unnecessary. If it was added I think only high tiers should get them, like T3 or T4 and up. Its gonna be a -1 from me.

    Recently, I have been trying to buy tasers from a variety of gangs only to be scammed, TWICE in 4 day period. By Silla and push this one, I think its bullshit that scamming is not against the rules, its scummy. Worse than vigis in my opinion. Just putting this out there be weary when buying from -s- and pto.
