With no cooldown someone could spam your screen with Gambling Requests

When coinflipping originally got added there was either no cooldown or it was just one minute (can’t recall). When that occurred it was lagging the server so badly. You could open your garage and it would be someone else’s. I sold quite a few blackfishes that day :D.
so they increased the cooldown

It's most probably the Very Small interface size, or potentially your resolution being something like "1920x1078", which can happen if you accidentally move it somehow. Set it to fullscreen non-windowed and see if it fixes it

Res seems to be good, setting interface size to Small fixes the crop issue but then everything is huge lol, idk might just have to live with it

If you don’t have one already… get a credit card and put something like your gas or phone bill on it. Pay it off monthly and don’t use it for anything else.
