Now I know this has been brought up before, and I used to be against it. But after playing Asylum for a while I see that the invincible cuffs aren't abused. People don't spray thru walls to kill cops without killing their friends, ect. On Olympus, every time someone with a high bounty gets caught, they get "accidentally" shot. I think that the cuffs would help. Video Related:
