So I just found out what it was and I can't help but point out: Isn't this exactly what the gang hideouts were, plus you were able to purchase weapons? Honestly I was a bit upset about gang hideouts being removed, since they seemed pretty cool, but this was a great idea. Noice one @ramblerx
