Pretty much the suggestion is a Homeowner can shoot on sight anybody who enters his house brandishing a weapon or breaks in. (or spamming I on crates)

I dont feel the same way on this one. Because APD HQ should be a "Public area" just like the DMV

Pretty sure if someone broke into your house that would be defined as a hostile action. It's the exact same as someone breaking into your car. Use your brains. We shouldn't have to list every example and make every rule black and white for you guys to understand.

If someone steps foot on your property and you don't tell them to leave then that is not considered a hostile action because maybe they just want to check if the house is for sale.
