Not that I need to explain myself or anything but I thought I'd clear up a couple of points you seem to be stuck on.

Letting him trigger you by claiming he has pocket staff is 100% a you issue.

Screaming bias doesn't make it true.  I have absolutely 0 owed loyalty to either Caloom, Aegis nor TeamPlayers.

Of the 30 members of Aegis 2 of them are staff, @ Mako and @ Masonn   Neither of them had any input or influence over the decision that I made when I handled the comp ticket.  I nor Mako or Mason had any part in the handling of Caloom ban/unban.

@ Marcus banned him and talked to him about the ban, it is entirely up to Marcus how he handles his bans/unbans/reductions.  He talked to Caloom and opted to unban.  Since he is a mod he is unable to make the call to remove someones vehicle so he left it to the admin that handled the comp ticket.  Not all rule breaks deserve maximum punishment, sometimes people make mistakes and we are more lenient.

Obviously I handled the comp ticket and obviously the request to have the hawk transfered was denied.  At no point in any of the videos did you folks attempt to contest the hawk.  Caloom flew around without taking fire and landed at the rebel boat and stored thinking enough time had passed since nothing happened.

For the record angry staring in the general direction of the ghosthawk from a hummingbird over 1KM away does not count.

The whole this is why Olympus is dying and threatening to o7 and take all your friends with you has literally never held any weight for me personally and just makes you look childish.

That him combat storing.  He was engaged by someone with a titan trying to titan him, then we started pushing.  

We have full video going all around the entire situation.  From engagement, to titan lock, to storing.  He was banned for it.  It was agreed to be a combat store.  We were circling him waiting to titan him.  @ Grandma Gary  decided, somehow, despite everyone else in this situation always getting their shit taken, that @ CaloomClark  doesn't have to face any consequences for his actions at all besides a 1  hour ban.

Gary, I've always had a lot of respect for you and I've always actually considered you a fair admin.  I've been assuring these guys for weeks you're a fair admin that wouldn't let some shit like this slide, and you did.  This is highly disappointing to see this level of bias from the top admin.  Deflating af.    Some people seemingly really are untouchable. 

Please reevaluate your decision and give @ Wilhelm the ghawk that he deserves.  If not, you should 100% give cabbage back the ghawk that was taken from him in a far more ambiguous situation.  

And the countless people who've had ghawks stripped from them based on logs of them storing across the map.

I'm usually trolling, mixing making a point with trolling, or some variation that I can't even explain.  This situation I'm actually fucking pissed about because it wasn't handled or applied fairly.  CTF has lost a hawk over this, and tons of friends have lost hawks over this in the same situation, and when it comes to this kids turn, there's a list of excuses that have staff shielding him from any actual consequences.  

It was blatant.  He didn't have to serve any ban time.  He got to keep it.  And the people pushing him to try to destroy it or steal it basically got told to go fuck themselves.

Where were these special conditions that make combat storing have no consequences for the hundreds of AT's and Ghawks that have been transferred before this?  If we're making up new rules it should be in a notice on the forums, not when it's time for someone to face consequences.  Letting him off easy wasn't being nice, it was telling the people who got fucked over from his combat store don't bother reporting him in the future he can do what he wants.

It took longer to write the ticket than the amount of time he was banned for.  It was supposed to be a 5 day.  

You guys weren't being nice to caloom, you were being shitty to wilhelm.  

This is basically like the 'standing on a roof is probable cause' bullshit all over again.  Should have been handled by a notice that interpretation of the rules have changed, but instead, it was made up on the fly and the rules were changed without notice to fuck someone over on the spot and then handled after the fact to notify the community there's new conditions.  

And I didn't make a threat to o7 over it... I said a lot of people are.  I don't control anyone or speak for anyone but this shit was utterly deflating to the point it just ruins the fun of the game.  Knowing that if I store an AT 5 seconds early that shit is getting ripped from me without a second thought, but staff wants to turn into a legal defense team for that toxic retard. 

And we still aren't being notified of what exactly these new conditions are.   When are we legally allowed to combat store without losing our vehicles?  Does this apply to everyone or just him?
