A valid contract can be formed verbally upon the mutual agreement of two parties. The video even shows zeroblade referencing the existence of the contract.

Now that I have given my opinion, here is the truth:

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit:

If you make a promise or a covenant with another, do not swear by anything, just say that you will do it as the Lord told us to do so in Matthew 5:34-37. 

Now it is a very serious thing to promise something and to not follow through (Ecclesiastes 5:5-6) but the Lord will forgive @ ZeroBlade -100  for his transgression against another human as told in 1 John 1:9. @ thor  should forgive @ ZeroBlade -100  as the Lord instructs us to forgive those who trespass against us as stated in the Lords prayer (sourced from Matthew 6:12) but it is important to remember that despite @ thor  forgiving @ ZeroBlade -100 , @ ZeroBlade -100  should still pay him the money that he is owed as it would reconcile their difficulties which the Lord requires us to do (as we should in Matthew 5:22 and Matthew 5:25).
